We have a perfect R&D organizational structure,R&D director, design group(electronic engineer, structural engineer, Layout engineer), DQE validation group, document group management, sample group and custom case management team, etc. At present, in the R&D team, two have doctoral degrees, three have postgraduate degrees, and the others have undergraduate degrees.
